Our XO SAUCE is a homemade product proudly crafted in Australia, featuring NO preservatives or additives. We carefully select premium ingredients, including dried scallops from Japan, dried shrimps and shrimp skins from the local markets in Hong Kong, along with Australian staples like rice bran oil from Woolworths (Alfa One), garlic, onion, shallot, and chili. Our goal is to deliver an exquisite flavor, delicate texture, and delightful mouthfeel to our valued customers. The XO SAUCE comes in two flavors: Shrimp Oil (less spicy) and Mala (spicy). It pairs perfectly with meat or vegetable stir-fries, pasta, as a topping for fresh seafood, tofu, turnip cakes, dumplings, and more. It's also an excellent sauce for hot pot.
